Children write Ace = 1, J = 10, Q = 11, K = 12 on the board before the game begins. They couple up, shuffle, and deal them evenly, placing them face down in front of them. Both players begin with their top card, multiply the two cards, then yell the result. They are placed in the champion's winning pile. In the event of a tie, players continue to turn them until someone wins the pile. When the full stack is completed, the champion has the most points.
